Billing NSF's

Funding will send a notification to Support with the NSF return.

1. Research the ticket - find the billing invoice in billing folder in the R-drive to determine the type of charge (weekly or monthly). 

R:Drive>File Server>Billing Invoices

2. Reach out to the client notifying them of the NSF using the Billing NSF macro within ZD. 

    • Do we have correct bank information? 

1. No-

  • Client will need to complete bank change forms and provide bank proof in the form of a voided check, bank letter or ACH Authorization form.

  • Escalate the ticket to Tier 2 with completed forms and bank proof.

  • Ask for client’s approval for the redraft, 

  • Escalate the ticket using “Billing Redraft Request” – tag Billing and Funding.

  • If the client does not want us to redraft their account, they can also pay by credit card. If they chose this option, there will be a 3.5% service fee charge to use the card. Complete Credit Card Authorization Form – send to Michele Slingerland via outlook

2. Yes- 

  • Ask for client’s approval for the redraft. 

  • Escalate the ticket using “Billing Redraft Request” – only tag Funding in the ticket.

Make sure to include the client on the NSF tab in the CPO Task Tracking sheet.
